1. Start => Settings => Control Panel => Administrative Tools => Services
2. Locate “Security Centre” , double click on it and chose “Disabled” in “ Startup type” dropdown box
3. Click on “Apply”
4. That’s it, next time you reboot your Pc security centre will not come up in the task bar.
